Terms of Service.
Last updated: February 27, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using our industrial-grade event infrastructure.
01Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Eventrizo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our platform is designed as high-performance event infrastructure, and use of our services constitutes acceptance of these standards. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
02User Responsibilities
Organizers are solely responsible for the accuracy of event details, ticket tier configurations, and the management of volunteer permissions. While Eventrizo provides the technical backbone, the operational management, attendee communication, and on-site execution remain the responsibility of the account holder.
03Payments and Fees
All financial transactions are processed through our integrated payment partner, Stripe. By using our ticketing services, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Eventrizo charges service fees as outlined in your plan. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your ticket sales.
04Cancellations and Refunds
Eventrizo is a service provider and is not responsible for attendee refund disputes. Refund policies are set by individual event organizers. Organizers must clearly state their refund policy on their event pages. In the event of event cancellations, organizers are responsible for managing attendee refunds through the Stripe dashboard.
05Intellectual Property
The Eventrizo platform, including its software, designs, and brand elements, is the exclusive property of Eventrizo. Users retain ownership of their event data and attendee records but grant Eventrizo a license to use this data solely for the purpose of providing the agreed services.
Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer: Eventrizo provides technical infrastructure "as is". We are not liable for operational failures on-site, attendee conduct, physical security, or any indirect losses resulting from event management. The platform is a tool; its successful application is the responsibility of the user.
