Privacy Policy.
At Eventrizo, your data security isn't just a compliance requirement—it's our foundational priority.
01Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, create an event, or register for an event. This includes your name, email address, payment information (processed securely via Stripe), and any custom form data required by event organizers. We also collect technical data such as IP addresses and device information to improve our infrastructure performance.
02How We Use Your Information
Your data is used to provide, maintain, and improve our event management services. This includes processing ticket transactions, generating unique QR codes for attendance, providing real-time analytics to event organizers, and ensuring the security of our platform. We use scan logs specifically to manage event capacity and entry logistics.
03Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. We share information with service providers who perform services for us, such as Stripe for payment processing and cloud infrastructure providers for data storage. Event organizers have access to the information provided during registration for the specific events they manage.
04Data Security & Retention
We implement enterprise-grade security measures to protect your data. All communication is encrypted via SSL/TLS. QR codes are cryptographically signed to prevent tampering. We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law.
05Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights under GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy laws. These include the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Organizers can export attendee data or request account deletion at any time through their dashboard settings.
Privacy First Architecture
Our system is architected to minimize data exposure. Volunteer scanners only see the information strictly necessary for their specific role, such as checking a specific entrance or verifying a food voucher, protecting attendee privacy on-site.
